Returns & Refunds
Due to the sterile nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
All sales are final except in cases where a product arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at hello@bringbenjie.com within 7 days of delivery confirmation, and we’ll be happy to assist.
To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos of the product and packaging, if applicable
Approved issues may be resolved with a replacement or refund, depending on the nature of the issue, at our discretion.
Shipping Policy
Benjie ships to customers across the United States.
Orders can be shipped to any physical address capable of receiving packages via USPS, FedEx, or DHL.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Please note:
- We do not ship on weekends or holidays
- Orders placed on Friday evening will begin processing the following Monday
While we do our best to ship orders quickly, delivery timelines are determined by the carrier once your order leaves our facility.
Tracking Updates
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
During busier seasons, carriers may take longer than expected to update tracking details. If:
- Your order has shipped and tracking does not update within 4 business days, please contact us at hello@bringbenjie.com
- Tracking shows movement but appears stalled at a processing location, we recommend contacting the carrier directly for the most up-to-date information
Delivery Delays
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors outside of our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-volume shipping periods.
Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, Benjie is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier. However, we will assist customers in filing claims or locating packages when possible.
If you have not received your order within 14 business days of shipment, please contact our customer support team and we’ll be happy to assist.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions may be managed or canceled at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us at hello@bringbenjie.com. Subscription changes must be made before the next scheduled shipment to avoid being charged.
