Shipping & Returns
We ship everywhere in the continental US.
We offer free shipping on orders over $X. We’d love to offer free shipping on every order someday — and we will, as we grow! For now, we’re a small startup doing our best to keep costs fair without cutting corners on quality. Every order truly helps us get one step closer to making free shipping possible for everyone. We are so grateful for your support.
We are a small, but mighty team and handle our shipping in house. We aim to ship same day, so long as orders are put in before 12pm CST. Otherwise, they will ship the following day.
Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days, and in most cases, they ship within the delivery window quoted at checkout, depending on the shipping method selected.

Customers have up to 14 days from the delivery date to report a missing package, but if it’s been longer, don’t hesitate to reach out anyway. Subscription
Benjies are perfect for preventative wear, so a subscription can be a game changer if you’re a runner, frequent wedding guest, or festival goer. You can subscribe to your favorites at a discounted price and choose delivery every 4, 6, 8, or 12 weeks.
We offer a discount on subscriptions and these orders are placed automatically on each scheduled date.
To start a subscription, visit the product page of your favorite item. Instead of selecting “One-time purchase,” choose “Subscribe & Save” and pick your preferred delivery schedule.
You can make changes, additions & upgrades to your subscription and account information at any time by accessing our user portal HERE. If you need any assistance, our customer support team is happy to help at orders@bringbenjie.com.
Absolutely! You can always skip your upcoming order here.
If you need to skip your upcoming order, you will not be charged and the order will not be processed. You’ll receive your next subscription order on the following scheduled date.
We got you! As long as your item is in stock, you’re free to bump up the delivery date in your user portal HERE.
Subscribers are notified of unavailable inventory a few days before their next subscription is scheduled to process. At this point, subscribers can choose to skip their upcoming order or change the delivery date.
If no preference is made, the order will be placed and backordered. It will ship when the item is replenished.
Because subscription orders are already discounted, discount codes cannot stack with subscription orders.

Ethos
Benjie bandages are made from soft, biodegradable bamboo fabric and safe, high-quality materials. They are PFAS-free, gentle on skin, and designed to be seen, because healing should feel good and look good.
Yes. All Benjie materials go through biocompatibility testing to ensure they are non-irritating, non-sensitizing, and gentle for even sensitive skin. Our bandages are also latex-free. Please contact us if you are inquiring about a specific allergy.
Forever Chemicals, also known as PFAS, are synthetic compounds that do not break down easily in the environment or the body. We keep them out of Benjie completely.
Yes. Benjie bandages are designed to flex and stay put while remaining breathable and soft. You get the durability you need with a more considered design and material choice.
Yes. Our manufacturing partners are FDA-registered, and every material is tested for skin safety, including irritation, sensitization, and cytotoxicity. We also conduct testing for PFAS and heavy metals to ensure our bandages are free from forever chemicals and safe for everyday use.
Absolutely. Benjies are gentle on all skin types, including little ones. Just keep an eye on very young children since bandages should never be ingested.
Our bandages are made without any animal-derived materials (so yes, they’re vegan).
However, we cannot claim to be fully cruelty-free. Because adhesive bandages are regulated medical devices, the FDA historically required animal testing as part of biocompatibility safety checks. While we’ve never tested our products on animals, some of the legacy testing data used by our manufacturing partners included animal studies.
Today, the FDA recognizes non-animal testing methods, and that’s the approach we use for ongoing safety assessments. Any testing done on our specific products has not been on animals. Any new materials we introduce are evaluated through non-animal testing as well.
Every claim we make is backed by testing, data, or documentation. We work closely with regulatory experts to ensure our packaging and product claims meet FDA and FTC guidelines — meaning everything you read is accurate, evidence-based, and responsibly communicated.
Yes! In fact, it would be kind of weird if we weren’t. Parabens are preservatives typically used in liquid or cream-based products. Often when brands say “paraben-free,” while it’s technically true, it’s a bit of marketing fluff. So yes, we do not contain parabens, but quite frankly, that’s not THAT impressive.
All medical adhesive contains a small amount of plastic. That being said, we are actively exploring more sustainable, plastic-free alternatives that have strong enough adhesion to last all day.
Sustainability
Our bamboo fabric and wrappers are biodegradable, which means they naturally break down over time. Like all bandages, we use medical-grade adhesive, which does contain a small amount of plastic. This does not biodegrade, unfortunately. We are actively exploring more sustainable alternatives to this adhesive that have strong enough adhesion to last all day.
Truthfully, all consumption has a footprint, and as a small company, we do our best, but know that we can always be doing better. We designed our packaging and wrappers to be functional, fully recyclable, and plastic-free. We also aim to use renewable or biodegradable materials. We’re doing our best to minimize waste and environmental impact.

We choose partners who meet strict GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices), prioritize sustainable sourcing, and uphold fair labor practices. That means no forced or underage labor, no unsafe conditions, and zero tolerance for discrimination of any kind.
